Big Screen Exhibition - Strip Billboard

The Long and the Short of it

Public Art - photo essay exhibition.

Submissions 4 June - 30 July

Exhibition -  Big Screen, Federation Square - September 2012

Strip Billboard is a public art project that puts non-commercial images into high profile public spaces.

In September 2012 Strip Billboard is presenting the second in what is planned to be an annual open-air photo essay exhibition.

It consists of a series of 12 photo essays selected by a panel of Australia?s arts and journalism community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for artists, photographers and the general public to have their photo essays displayed at the prominent Federation Square Big Screen in Melbourne.

Submissions are open now until July 30.  Last year we received work from  places as diverse as Idaho, London, Egypt and Bangladesh and the final exhibition consisted of work from the general public through to Walkley Award winning photojournalist.  We hope for similar success this year.

Attached is a press release with all the information.
